As a dancer, snowboard instructor, veggie farmer, and creator, I’ve spent years sharing my love for movement and art in various forms.
I believe that self care through dance and creative expression is one of the most generous things we can do for our community.
When we grow into more peaceful, grounded versions of ourselves, we create a ripple effect that helps build a more compassionate and connected world.
At Soulstice Studio, my goal is to offer more than just dance. I’m offering a space to grow and thrive together. I hope you will join me in this journey toward becoming more grounded, compassionate, and creative versions of ourselves through dance.

This includes monthly packages, drop-in classes, and any promotional offers.
Please be sure of your availability and commitment before registering. We are a small, locally run studio and rely on consistent enrollment to offer quality programming and instruction.
If you are unable to attend a class due to illness, travel, or unforeseen circumstances, we are happy to offer class credit when possible, provided we are notified in advance. Credits are subject to instructor availability and space in class.
